Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Traevo (Rafael Rivas and Javier Carducci), based in Seville, Spain, is responsible for the personal data collected through traevo.net. For any questions about your data, you can write to us at hola@traevo.net.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through:

  • The "free report" form: name, email, and details about your business and the product you want to import (so we can prepare and send you the analysis you requested).
  • The call booking (Cal.com): name, email, and your answers to the booking questions, so we can prepare for and hold the call.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us there, we process whatever data you choose to share in that conversation.

We don't collect data for any purpose beyond responding to your request, preparing for the call, or sending you the report or analysis you asked for.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily fill in and submit any of our forms.

4. Who we share your data with

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do work with the following providers, who process data on our behalf so the service works:

  • Resend — sending the emails with your report or analysis.
  • Cal.com — managing the calendar and call bookings.
  • Netlify — hosting the website and processing form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — loading the website's typefaces (does not receive any form data, only the technical font request).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, they rely on the corresponding legal safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your request and, if it turns into a business relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see next section).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability of your data at any time by writing to hola@traevo.net. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.

7. Cookies

This website itself does not use its own tracking cookies. The booking calendar (Cal.com) embedded on the site may use its own technical cookies to function correctly; you can review its policy at cal.com/privacy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices or applicable law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
